Creating a shared calendar

Solution

1) First of all, click the Calendar option (or press CTRL+2) to be taken to the Calendar window. Under “My Calendars”, right click and select “New Calendar” (as shown below):

2) A box will pop up. Title your Calendar accordingly and click "OK".

3) Your new calendar will show up on the left hand pane of Outlook. Left click it to select it (it will show up with a tick box when selected), then right click the calendar, and select Share -> Share Calendar.

4) A new window will appear. Here you can specify the people you wish to share the Calendar with. Once you’ve specified the recipients, untick/tick the box allowing recipients to make changes accordingly, and click Send.

Your calendar will now be shared (providing the end user accepts).
