The image above highlights the buttons that are referred to below.

1) WiFi

If the printer doesn't have a blue light next to the WiFi button, it may have been disabled. To re-enable it, simply press the WiFi button again and allow a few moments for the WiFi interface to start up. Printing should then resume as normal.

2) Paper

If the printer has a paper jam or is out of paper, the paper light will flash continually. Refill the paper tray (it slides out from the bottom) and press the load button for the job to resume.

3) Ink

If any of the ink levels are showing low / flashing - replacements need to be ordered. The printer will not print if the ink is at a critical level/empty.

Additional Information

If the printer refuses to print at all or prints at an odd placement on the page, there is likely a paper jam inside the printer. Open the lid of the printer and check there is no paper to the left hand side of the machine; as this would prevent the ink cartridges from running across to the end of the page. Similarly, when the ink cartridges move from the right to the left - check that no paper has been crushed in the right hand side of the machine.

Another common place is for paper to be jammed in the back of the printer. Remove the duplex unit from the back of the printer by presssing in the two buttons on either side and pull away from the printer to release. Remove any jammed paper from the back of the printer / unit & re-insert (it should clip back in securely).
