Solution

If you have forgotten your Secure Print code, we are unable to print/retrieve any work that has already been sent. You will need to change your code as per the instructions below and re-send your job.

Go to Start -> Devices and Printers.

Right click the Printer which you would like to set your Secure Print code for, and click 'Printer Preferences'.

From there - click the 3 dots next to the 'Secure Print' dropdown.

Here you can enter a numeric 4-8 digit code. Enter the code twice and press OK, then press OK again to confirm.

Any jobs that are now sent will use the code you have just set.

This code is NOT the same as your photocopying code, Secure Print codes are used purely to hold jobs and have no departmental information tagged to them.
